SPECIAL ISSUE: ETHIC OF CARE: CONCEPTUAL DIMENSIONS AND CULTURAL SCREENING

Monograma is preparing a special issue on Ethic of Care its conceptual dimensions and its cultural screeming. The editors invite submissions on this area from a variety of perspectives, addressing this field from multiple perspectives, related to ethical currents, applied ethics, feminism, eco-ethics, and other cross media/interdisciplinary technological trends.
As a guide, possible topics include:
| -Deontological ethics vs. ethics of care.
-Virtue ethics and care. -Communitarian and relational perspectives on the ethics of care. -Critiques and challenges of the ethics of care: universality, cultural biases, limitations in global contexts. -Ethics applied to bioethics and healthcare. -Education and care: pedagogy of care. -Inclusion and diversity in care. -The care economy: unpaid work and equity. -The ethics of care applied to the climate crisis. -Justice and intergenerational care.
